     Alice Ellen was born in 1853. As of circa 1873,her married name was Forrest. She married George Forrest, son of William Forrest and Margaret Guthrie Hill, circa 1873. Alice Ellen died on 23 September 1933.

     Helen (Nellie) Fleming Ferguson was born in 1850 at Perth, W. Australia. She was educated ; at a boarding school in Edinburgh in 1867. She was close to her Dundee relatives, and became close friends with Rachel Ogilvie (Balfour) and kept in touch till Rachel died in 1878. She died on 16 July 1913 at Perth, W. Australia, Australia.

     Captain James Maxwell was born in 1767 at Dundee, Angus, Scotland; Source: A Scottish Childhood, p.5. He was James, a young officer in the Royal Marines, wrote to his mother Ann Maxwell "From his Majesty's ship Leviathan: Thank God Almighty, my dear Mother, I am in the greatest health and spirits after the most glorious action that was ever fought. We were closely engaged with the enemy three different days, and during every one my conduct gave Lord Howe so much satisfaction that he has told me I shall ever find in him a very warm and sincere friend. I have not time to give you any particulars, only that we engaged the 'America' of 74 guns (one of our prizes) three hours and a half, and totally disabled her, and on the 28th ultimo the day on which we first caught sight of them we engaged a ship of 120 guns for above an hour and a half." Note: The Glorious First of June of 1794 was the first and largest fleet action of the naval conflict between Great Britain and the First French Republic during the French Revolutionary Wars. The British Channel Fleet under Admiral Lord Howe attempted to interdict the passage of a vitally important French grain convoy from the United States, which was protected by the French Atlantic Fleet. The two forces clashed in the Atlantic Ocean, some 400 nautical miles west of the French island of Ushant on 1 June 1794. Eventually James Maxwell settled in Dundee.

     Mary Wedderburn Maxwell was born in 1829 at Scotland. According to the 1891 census, Mary was living with her sister, Catherine (Kate) Maxwell at 18 Strathearn Road in Edinburgh. Hamilton Maxwell, Writer, their nephew aged 30, was also living there.

     Catherine (Kate) Stormonth Maxwell was born in 1827 at Scotland. In 1885 Catherine moved from Chester Street to 18 Strathearn Road in Edinburgh where, according to the 1891 Census she lived with her sister Mary and nephew, Hamilton Maxwell, Writer. Harriet Gordon, aged 39 and daughter, Juliet Ogilvie, aged 13, were visiting. She died after 1891.

     Maggie Maxwell was born in 1826 at Dundee, Forfar, Scotland. As of 18 September 1849,her married name was Bethune.

James Ogilvie was Burgess of Dundee on 21 September 1756. He died on 17 August 1790 at Dundee, Forfar (Angus), Scotland.

     Mary Wilson was born in 1725. She married James Ogilvie, son of John Ogilvie and Isobel Henderson, on 9 December 1746 at Dundee. As of 9 December 1746,her married name was Ogilvie.

     John Ogilvie was born circa 1695 at Dundee, Forfar, Scotland. He was Burgess of Dundee on 25 April 1722. He married Isobel Henderson circa 1725.

She married Andrew Jameson Ogilvie, son of John Ogilvie and Annie (Anne) Maxwell, on 13 January 1896 at The Church, Fremantle, Western Australia, Australia. As of 1908,her married name was Birkbeck. Ada Leila Frances Fisher married Thomas Brougham Birkbeck in 1908. Ada Leila Frances Fisher lived in 1909 at Melbourne, Australia. She lived in 1916 at Villa Mirasole, 40 Boulevard D'Italie, Monte Carlo. She died in 1949.

     William Henry (Will) Fisher was born in 1838 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He married Fanny Maria Sainsbury in 1868. Educated at The King's School, Parramatta, William Henry Fisher was a Master Mariner. He served on his father's ships. William Henry (Will) Fisher died in 1911.
