     George Denison Sutton was born on 21 February 1811 at New York City. He married Hanna Ann Stevens on 23 August 1831 at Newark, New Jersey. George Denison Sutton died on 10 June 1880 at New York City at age 69 and is buried in Trinity Cemetary.

     Her married name was Sutton. Hanna Ann Stevens was born on 12 August 1812 at Kentucky. She married George Denison Sutton on 23 August 1831 at Newark, New Jersey. Hanna Ann Stevens died on 2 March 1857 at New York City at age 44 and is buried in Trinity Cemetary.

     Her married name was Scales. Jane Thomson was born circa 1815.

     Sophia Thomson was born after 1812. She died on 27 July 1829of a stomach complaint.

     Elizabeth Thomson was born circa 1813. In 1829 Elizabeth and Andrew (later Sheriff) Jameson, who were first cousins, fell in love. Andrew was 19 years old at the time, and this was his first romantic relationship. The couple's affection for each other is described in detail in Douglas Gourlary's book Sheriff Andrew Jameson, and is based on Andrew's letters and memoir. The relationship cooled, but it appears likely that Elizabeth was hoping for a proposal of marriage which never came. Her life seems tragic: "she had lost a sister and two brothers, both parents were gone (her father died bankrupt), her sister Jane was married to an alcoholic and her surviving brother had eye problems." At her father's funeral in 1841, her Aunt Rachel (Ogilvie) Jameson offered her a home with her family in Dundee. She lived with them for a while and in 1845 she was living with Andrew's father, Andrew Sr., a widower, presumably as his housekeeper. She died after 1870.

     Her married name was Jameson. Elizabeth Robertson was born circa 1770. She married Captain James Jameson, son of John Jameson and Sophia Anderson, circa 1805. Elizabeth Robertson died in 1851.

     Janet Jameson was born in 1740. As of 1759,her married name was Bethune. She married Rev Neil Bethune in 1759. Janet Jameson died in 1777.

     Rev Neil Bethune was born circa 1735. He married Janet Jameson, daughter of Andrew Jameson and Margaret Gib, in 1759. Rev Neil Bethune died in 1771.

     Margaret Bethune was born circa 1760. As of 1781,her married name was Duncan. She married Rev A. Duncan in 1781.

     Rev A. Duncan was born circa 1755 at Ratho, nr Edinburgh. He married Margaret Bethune, daughter of Rev Neil Bethune and Janet Jameson, in 1781.

     Rev A.B. Duncan was born circa 1783. Rev Duncan inherited the estate of Miss Jean Jameson of Graycraig on her death in 1831. Rev Duncan was a minister at Culross.

     Margaret Gib was born circa 1717. She married Andrew Jameson, son of William Jameson, on 20 August 1735 at Couland. As of circa 1737,her married name was Jameson. Margaret Gib died in 1744.

     Her married name was Jameson. (Janet) Jessie Duncan married Melville Jameson, son of Andrew Jameson and Euphemia Chalmers, circa 1835. (Janet) Jessie Duncan died in 1848.

     Jean Jameson was born in 1738 at Craighall. Jean Jameson lived to be 93 and provided much of the 18th century family history for her grand-nephew, Sheriff Andrew's memoirs. When her brother, James Jameson, died in India he left a considerable fortune which allowed his unmarried sister to purchase Graycraig and live in a manner that allowed her to be designated "Miss Jameson of Graycraig". She died in 1831and was buried at Saline churchyard. In her will Jean bequeathed the property and 6,000 pounds to the Rev A.B. Duncan, minister at Culross.

     James Jameson was born in 1743. He served in the army of the East India Company in the Bombay Presidency.

     James Hotchkis was born in 1795. He married Margaret Hart circa 1826. James Hotchkis died in 1865.

     Anne Hart was born in 1759. She married John Hotchkis, son of Richard Hotchkis and Isobel Gardener, circa 1794. As of 1794,her married name was Hotchkis.

     Isobel Gardener was born circa 1740. She married Richard Hotchkis, son of James Hotchkis and Elizabeth Cleghorn, circa 1758. As of 1758,her married name was Hotchkis.
